September 2026 – June 2027
This project brings together LGBTQIA+ young adults with a religious background from across the Nordic region. The aim is to create a safe and welcoming space where participants can connect, share experiences, explore the relationship between faith and LGBTQIA+ identities, and build new forms of cooperation.
The project combines an online community on Discord with a Nordic camp in Turku, Finland, in spring 2027. The camp will bring together around 35 young adults aged 18-30 for a long weekend of workshops, discussions, creative activities, wellbeing, and informal time together.
The online community will continue after the camp, creating a lasting network where participants can stay connected, exchange experiences and support one another.
Rainbow Association Malkus (Finland) organizes the project in cooperation with Kristna regnbågsrörelsen EKHO (Sweden), Skeivt kristent nettverk (Norway), Geikristlaste Kogu (Estonia) and Regnbågsfyren (Åland). The funding for the project comes from the Nordic Culture Point.
